  Description

  We are a family of three: Daphne, Mathias and Mara. We love exploring the world and building a life that suits everyone and all of our values. We love to be connected with nature, while also doing meaningful work. We currently live in Portland, Oregon, but are looking to move back closer to our roots (Belgium). We will be visiting some potential spots along the Basque country. We will be staying in a 4 bedroom apartment in San Vicente de la Barquera, which is a small but splendid surf village in Spain. As both of us have to work, we are looking for someone who would be able to entertain and educate our 3-year old explored of the world Mara. She has been going to a Montessori-based school, loves to be challenged, and is very social.

  We offer you a place to stay, healthy local food, and love to interact and have cozy evenings. We are only looking for help for a couple of hours per day and only during the week. That means you'll have plenty of time to go surfing, meet local people, explore other cute towns like San Sebastian and Bilbao, and go hiking/climbing on Picos de Europa. Maybe this is the opportunity to sharpen your Spanish too?

  We are looking for some help to entertain and educate our 3-year-old daughter Mara during the day while we are at work. We are looking for someone responsible, patient, fun, and who likes to interact with toddlers. Do you speak English or Dutch; and like to surf or explore the beautiful coast and its many hikes?

  Accommodation

  A 4 bedroom flat that we also live in. We are renting it, so I don't have much information about it, but it will for sure have everything you need to feel safe and have your private place. We will gladly offer 3 healthy meals a day, making sure it is in line with the preferences and needs of our work-away guests. We love making and sharing food!
