    Description

Hi, we're a Colombian-German family with a little girl, two big dogs and a cat living in the hills above the beautiful town Jardín.
We would be happy to find someone who likes to spend a few weeks with us at our small finca (no animals besides the above mentioned) helping us a few hrs a day in exchange of accommodation and food (own cabin with bath). As to the work, garden work is always welcome, as is painting and some light wood work or household duties ... also depends on the person's affinities. Für deutsche Muutersprachler: super gerne auch einfach mit unserer Tochter Deutsch sprechen, damit sie etwas voran kommt. Das wäre dann eher eine Art Kundersitting-Job.
As the cabin is quite small we can only accommodate one person.
We are a Colombian dentist and are German journalist with an almost five-year old daughter. As we would like her to listen to more German it would be great to have some Germans/Austrians (Swiss? Well ...) around for some time.
Just ask us if you are interested. Internet works usually fine, enough to do calls but not enough for heavy remote work.

We live about 3 km away from the town of Jardín. Its Colombian village and country life at its best (or worst, if you can´t handle it). It´s a good place to learn and practice Spanish (we can also help you with this), do hiking and biking, learn about coffee growing ... Only very few people in the village speak English
