Hej!
I am Hanna and live together with my little daughter, horses and cows in southern Denmark on a little horse ranch.
My life turns around horses all day. I am a Horse-trainer and work with difficult, sick and young horses. More than this, I am having a farm with 53 hectares, a big garden and always lots to do.
It is a small organic farm on the edge of the Danish mountains. Yes, that's right, we really have such a thing as mountains and that right next to the Baltic Sea! We have a lot of pastureland for the animals, making hay, a little arable land and even more forest.
I like the idea of multicultural and always wanted to exchange this experience. A few years ago I did something like work and travel on my own and always wanted to give something like this back. I was very thankful for the places I could stay, live and even more for the warm welcome in so many families!
Now I am having the time and space to invite someone in my house and life.
We would be happy if you would give us a hand in the with the daily work around the farm, helping me with the horse training and taking care of all animals. If you are good in woodwork or building something, you are more than welcome to help us with some little projects as well. I love the nature, outside work, living close together with horses and would like to share it with others.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You can learn a lot about farm work, different animals and plants. In return I can also teach you how to connect with horses ( horsemanship, liberty work, dressage, jumping, ranchwork), you can learn how to work with different machinery, learn more about Flora and Fauna and explore the beautiful nature between north sea and Baltic sea.

Help
The daily work includes taking care of the animals, preparing the garden, a little forest work and horse training. If you are a good horse rider, it would be possible to help me educate my young horses.
Since we live together in the house, we are all responsible to take care that it is always clean. This is not a part of your working time!

You will have your own bedroom in the guest apartment and you are very welcome to use the commun rooms such like the kitchen, living room, veranda,...
For us, eating breakfast and dinner together is very important. We discuss the week, plan the day and often laugh at ourselves.
What else ...
If you like to travel around on your days off, I can give you a ride for some day trips in Denmark or Germany. Due to my job as a horse trainer and osteopath, I travel a lot and drive to a wide variety of places. Or if you like to stay in the area, here you can find very nice Mountain bike parks, the Baltic sea is only 4km away and to the north sea it is about 40km.

A pet you have under control and which is staying with you is not a problem, as long as it is friendly to humans, little kids and other animals. If you like to bring your own horse, this would be no problem at all.
