    Description

We're a French-American-German-Swiss multigenerational family. We moved here out of passion, between 15 and 25 years ago, because we believe this is a truly special place in the heart of Europe. Cruising through the pine forests or along the white sand beaches for hours—often without encountering another soul—is, in our opinion, something quite unique. There are countless surf spots, and because the sandbanks and tides are always shifting, it never gets boring. :)

We’re into all kinds of sports: some of us surf, others cycle, and some ride horses. For fun, we breed a few and take part in showjumping competitions. Right now, there are six horses in the paddock—all ages, all colors, all sizes, all shapes.

Oh, and they share their space with five chickens.

We’ve also adopted and cared for over ten cats, who now live happily in the garden and the barn.

A basic understanding of French will help you get by and is a great chance to improve your language skills. We’d love it if your native language is German or English.
To explore the beautiful area and be independent during your stay, you’ll need a driver’s license and your own car—believe us, it’s worth it!
