Description
We are a non-profit registered association that organizes holistic educational seminars for adults 18-28 years old
in Germany. We need help with organizing this. Also two coaches (age 30-40 years) are hired starting october 2024 or january 2025 for 5 months. We welcome very much every general and specific competent and committed help for our project starting either october this year or january next year, depending on the sponsoring situation.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You will meet intensively all the young participants (18-28 years) who come from all over Germany, live fulltime in the seminar-house and all seek orientation in their lives. You get to know also the other crew members (from 30 - 60 years) that cooperate coaching during the project. We also have additional guest teachers for singing, dance and a special "heroes journey" as well as ecstatic dance and holotropic breath work. You can participate in some of those additional activities.
Help
We need help that everybody can do (organizing around the seminar, help in the kitchen, transporting people and stuff for the seminar) and more advanced to highly advanced work like thematic research, expanding and bettering the website, producing sound- and video-clips for the sponsors in cooperation with the director, making photos, producing a video-trailer, photo-shooting the seminars actions (foto/video), etc.

Accommodation
We provide a space in a two bedded room together with another workawayer in a fantastic seminar-house one hour from Berlin/Germany, we provide full organic food (no meat) for five months during the project.
What else ...
Time off for a week each months and during weekends. The project takes place in a georgeous seminar-space one hour from Berlin/Germany fulltime during weeks monday thru friday for 5 months, most likely january till may 2025.
Public transport to and from Berlin to the seminar-house is available.
