  Description

  We are a family of four, with a 10-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son, currently sailing round the world on our catamaran.
  
  We’ll be in Polynesia until the end of October 26, then we’ll set sail for New Zealand via Fiji and Tonga.
  
  We have a double cabin available and all the comforts on board. We’re looking for a friendly, independent and easy-going person to share part of this adventure with us.
  
  The idea is also to spend time with the children on a daily basis and speak English with them. We’re therefore ideally looking for someone who loves children, speaks English, doesn’t get seasick, is a non-smoker and doesn’t take drugs (for obvious safety reasons).
  
  On the agenda: exploring the islands, sailing, kitesurfing, diving, cycling, hiking, outdoor sports… and of course, some quiet moments on board!

  Nous sommes une famille de 4, avec une fille de 10 ans et un garçon de 9 ans, actuellement en tour du monde à bord de notre catamaran.
  
  Nous sommes en Polynésie jusqu’à fin octobre 26, puis départ vers la Nouvelle-Zélande via les Fidji et les Tonga.
  
  Nous avons une cabine double disponible et tout le confort à bord. Nous cherchons une personne sympa, autonome et facile à vivre pour partager une partie de cette aventure avec nous.
  
  L’idée est aussi d’accompagner les enfants au quotidien et de leur parler anglais. Nous recherchons donc idéalement quelqu’un qui aime les enfants, parle anglais, n’a pas le mal de mer, est non-fumeur et sans consommation de drogues (pour des raisons evidentes de secu).
  
  Au programme : découverte des îles, navigation, kitesurf, plongée, vélo, randonnées, sport outdoor… et bien sûr quelques moments tranquilles à bord !

  When you come on board with us, you’ll get to try your hand at sailing and water sports such as snorkelling, spearfishing and kitesurfing.
  And, as true French people, we love good food, so you’ll get to sample French cuisine!
  
  En embarquant avec nous à bord, tu vas découvrir la voile, les sports nautiques comme le snorkeling, la chasse sous-marine ou encore le kitesurf.
  Et comme bon français, nous aimons bien manger, donc tu pourras découvrir la cuisine française !

  Help

  The main idea is to give us a little help with everyday tasks: to ease the burden of homework, share some time with the children, and participate in the routine chores of life on board. Nothing too formal; the main idea is to live and enjoy the adventure together.
  
  L’idée est principalement de nous donner un petit coup de main au quotidien : nous soulager sur les devoirs, partager certains moments avec les enfants et participer aux tâches courantes de la vie à bord. Rien de très formel, l’idée étant avant tout de vivre et profiter de l’aventure ensemble.

  Accommodation

  You’ll have a double cabin with a 160cm (queen-size) bed at the port bow of our Privilège 435 catamaran, with access to a 360° open-air swimming pool!
  You’ll share the bathroom with our daughter.
  Of course, this is a home on the water that drifts with the wind, allowing you to discover new places just as we do.
  
  For us, cooking is essential, so we always prepare and eat our meals together as a family, as it’s a time for socialising, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  
  Tu disposeras d'une cabine double avec un lit de 160cm (queen size) sur la pointe avant bâbord de notre catamaran Privilège 435 avec accès à une piscine naturelle à 360° !
  Tu partageras ta salle de bain avec notre fille.
  Biensûr c'est une maison sur l'eau qui se déplace au gré des vents qui te permettra de découvrir comme nous de nouveaux endroits
  
  Pour nous la cuisine est essentielle alors nous préparons et nous mangeons toujours tous ensemble car c'est un moment de convivialité, que ce soit au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner.

  A little thing to bear in mind before you come on board: here, wearing a swimsuit is sometimes optional… 😄 Going topless and swimming without a swimsuit are part of the routine on board. That’s all, I promise – we’re not naturists in any other respect! 😉
  
  Petit détail à savoir avant de monter à bord : ici, le maillot de bain est parfois une option… 😄 Topless et baignades sans maillot font partie des habitudes à bord. Rien de plus, promis, nous ne sommes pas naturistes pour le reste ! 😉
