  Description

  We recently moved into a former mill near Nantes (44). This place in addition to being a shared habitat is a place with an artistic vocation to receive concerts, internships, visual artists, exhibitions... we are non-profit. Its setting is conducive to creation: close to the banks of the Loire (and the Loire by bike route), the old mill is not yet isolated (future work) and is gradually becoming workshops (4 levels of 50m2) for the inhabitants of the place or for an artist in residence... everything is still to grow... the place was made according to ecological choices. 10 minutes by car there is Mauves station (and then train in 12 minutes to Nantes with a tram ticket, urban transport). Le Moulin is in the middle of the vineyards, in height and on its terrace the landscape is as far as the eye can see. village with all the necessary 3kms. Our goal is not for profit but to be able to make live a place of exchanges, creation, life together.
  
  Nous sommes depuis 3 ans installées dans un ancien moulin- minoterie près de Nantes (44). Ce lieu en plus d' être un habitat partagé est un lieu à vocation artistique pour recevoir des concerts, stages, artistes plasticiens, expos... nous sommes à vocation non lucrative. Son cadre est propice à la création : proche des bords de Loire ( et du parcours la loire à velo), l' ancienne minoterie n' est pas encore isolee ( travaux futurs) et devient peu à peu des ateliers ( 4 niveau de 50m2) pour les habitants du lieu ou pour un artistes en residence... tout est encore à faire grandir... le lieu a été realisé selon des choix ecologiques . A 10 minutes en voiture il y a la gare de Mauves ( et ensuite train en 12 minutes jusqu'à Nantes avec un billet de tramway, transport urbain). Le Moulin est au milieu des vignes, en hauteur et sur sa terrasse le paysage est à perte de vue. village avec tout le nécessaire à 3kms. Notre but n est pas à vocation lucrative mais de pouvoir faire vivre un lieu d' échanges, de création, de vie ensemble.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  The help requested would be for 4 hours per day maximum the rest of the day discovery of the region, Nantes, the vineyards (Muscadet), the sea 50 minutes away, the Loire... possibility of using the workshop (during the period from April to October) for a personal creative projects (painting, sculpture) in respect of the ecological place (phyto purification). To share The French language, singing (I am a singer musician and fresco painter).
  
  L' aide demandée serait sur 4h par jour maximum le reste de la journée découverte de la région, Nantes, les vignobles ( muscadet), la mer à 50 minutes, la loire ... possibilité d utiliser l atelier ( en période de AVril à octobre) pour un travail de création personnel ( peinture, sculpture) dans un respect du lieu ecologique ( phyto epuration). À partager
  La langue française, le chant ( je suis musicienne chanteuse et peintre de fresques) .

  Help

  Having recently arrived, there are still some improvements to be made to make the place welcoming. Exterior landscaping, helping with the garden, painting doors and walls... creatives welcome. Natural paint.
  
  
  Arrivés depuis peu il y a encore des amenagements à réaliser pour rendre le lieu accueillant. Aménagements extérieurs, aider au jardin, peintures de portes, de murs... créatifs bienvenus. Peinture naturelle.

  Accommodation

  A large room with private bathroom, for one person or a couple in exchange one meal for 3 hours a day over 5 days. We do not provide nature but you have access to a shared kitchen. 3km away you have all the necessary shops (biocoop, supermarkets and local producers and restaurants...(an electric bike can be borrowed on site) Access to the Garden (barbecue), terrace...
  
  Une grande chambre avec salle de bain privée, pour une personne où un couple en echange de 3 à 4h /jour sur 5 jours. Nourriture sur UN repas par jour sinon À 3km vous avez tous les commerces nécessaires ( biocoop , supermarchés et producteurs locaux et restaurants)... un velo electrique peut etre emprunté sur place. L'été : Accès au Jardin ( barbecue) , terrasse...

  What else ...

  During my free time, I enjoy cycling and numerous walks along the banks of the Loire (there are many open-air cafés in the summer). There's an electric bike on site.
  There are three of us at the main site.
  
  Pendant le temps libre, velo , balades nombreuses, bords de Loire ( de nombreuses guinguette l' été) . Sur place un velo electrique.
  Ici nous sommes trois sur le lieu principal .
