Description
Our Hotel is a small & chic boutique hotel with a very special atmosphere in Bad Gastein/Austria (approx. 1 hour south of Salzburg) and has 32 beautiful rooms, its own cinema, a fireplace lounge with library, a small spa, an á la carte restaurant, a coffee bar, lots of art on the walls and lots of charm.
Our Hotel has been voted two times as one of the 10 best Hotels in Europe, and we even made it on the cover of the Condé Nast Traveler :-)

Our Hotel has become quite famous among alpine destinations as a new kind of Hotel. We believe, working
in our hotel has always been a career booster for many of our employees, and has been good lessons for life when it comes to social competence for instance. We offer many lessons & trainings about hospitality, Service, Bartending, Front desk, Reservations and many more.
Since we have always been a very international house, and 50% of our guest are international, our team also is. German language is appreciated, but not neccecary, since every one speaks english in the Hotel.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

In general we are NOT looking for workers, but personalities. We are looking for people with a beautiful mind, kind & friendly, open minded and liberal. After all, our staff are the faces of our house, and should reflect our values & style.
We are always looking for different positions, such as:
- Bartending
- Waiter/Waitress
- Guest Relations
- Front Desk
But after all, our staff should:
- enjoy engaging with our guest
- have a good time whilst acting responsible
- have a positive attitude :-)
We are very flexible when it comes to working hours and shifts. Of course there is a shift plan that is written one week before working. We always write our shift plans in conversation with the employee. Full-time is as appreciated as part time.

Accommodation
We offer staff rooms in the house, all with bathroom & Wifi.
These rooms are not Luxurious, they're like small parisian studios, but they're cute and for free.
Of course we provide food for free, and since we are known for our good cuisine in our restaurant, we have amazing chefs that always prepare great food for our employees.
What else ...
Bad Gastein has been voted by Monocle Magazine as one of the top 10 Places to visit worldwide. It is such a magical place, since it has soooo much to offer, like thermal springs & hiking, and skiing in the winter. The surroundings & the nature are incredibly beautiful, sometimes it's hard to believe it's real. Crystal clear springs, natural parks & high peaks.
But Bad Gastein has also a city life to offer. There are all the shops you need for your daily routine. There are also beautiful concept stores & art galleries. In the summer time, we host an amazing art festival, with a creative crowd from the cities coming to bad Gastein and spending the summer in town.
Bad Gastein has it's own strain station, 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The trains take you to almost any destination around. There is a train every our to the amazing town of Salzburg, if you like to experience city life on your days off.
