    Description

    We would like to offer you to support running our newly opened accommodation. Consists of 6 villas and a creperie cafe&bar. It is located in island called Awajishima, Hyogo prefecture, Japan. Just 80mins drive from Osaka and 45mins from Kobe. Also Setouchi islands are just across the seto inland sea. Our place is very close to the beach and also to the woodland.
    We just opened this place on July 22nd 2021, and trying to grow it into a beloved destination among tourists both living in Japan/oversea.

    There are already 10 local hired staffs working with us from various backgrounds and gender/age. Also you will be able to communicate with lots of locals during staying in islands such as staff house owners etc... They are very open and generous we are sure you would enjoy staying here. You would be able to learn how Japanese hospitality/ tourism is like, and also will be able to experience how suburban area life is in Japan.

    We are looking forward for crews to support running the accommodation such as cleaning, room set-ups, also helping kitchen making brunches for guests, crepes for visitors ( especially who has experience in making crepes are highly welcome but not necessary) .

    For living environment for workawayers, please do not worry, we have a house for staffs with 7rooms just 15mins from our place. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, shower and washing machine is available for sharing. One meal will be provided while at work for those who work more than 6hrs a day(except for the very busy days...), besides that, you can enjoy going to a local supermarket and make your own dishes at staff house or going out for some local restaurants.

    If you are looking for a place to enjoy both relaxing calm area and energetic city, Awajishima is the place to be. You can visit big city such as Osaka/Kobe on your day-off while staying mainly at the relaxing island.
    Also visiting Setouchi area is also recommended, there are lots of islands you can visit enjoying beautiful scenery. Great for cyclists, bikers too.
    Awajishima does not have train, but highway buses are very convenient transportation and runs frequently as well.
