* LOOKING FOR SPANISH & GERMAN SPEAKING GUIDES*
We are a young company based in Lecce, Apulia, interested in sustainable development and slow tourism.
Our project was born in Bari in 2008 and since 2013 we have been working in Lecce as well.
We are specialised in guided tours by rickshaw, by bike and also bike rental in our lovely baroque town. We also offer daily excursions and tasting of local products around Salento area, so our hosts can experience a good mix of fun and adventure.

You will be part of an active team of young people that love a multicultural atmosphere, ready to help each other. You can actively take part in our guided tours and excursions, learn something about italian language, food and culture and live like a local. If you need, a bike is provided.
We love to exchange competences, so if you don't have all of the skills required, don't be afraid!Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

MAIN CONDITIONS:
-English;
- German or Spanish speakers;
- We need one person who can stay with us from the mid August until November.
Main activities required:
1. Lead bike and rickshaw guided tours (we provide you a of week training)
2. It's also interesting for us people with mechanical skills to help with bicycle maintenance.
3. Helping the staff to improve foreign languages like English, French, and German, Spanish (any other language is welcome);
4. New and fresh ideas to help to organise events, tours and excursions are always welcome;
5. If you are skilled in social media you are also useful for us!!!

You will never be alone by doing any of these things because we like to help each other as a team and we will do the same with you!

In your free time there are lots of things that you can do. Lecce is a beautiful baroque town rich in history and art and nightlife is very active too. This town is in the middle of Salento area that you can explore by bike, by bus or by train. The closest beach is only 12 km far, the countryside is charming as well with old olive trees.
Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca are close too.
Sometimes all the staff members like to spend free time together, in order to do team building activities and to create an informal atmosphere.A little more information
