Description
My name is Ed and I set up this place in 2013. My aim is to offer a unique back to nature experience in a private woodland bordered by a beautiful river and small meandering stream.
We offer various day programmes covering wilderness skills, team building, wellness and overnight back to nature camps. Everyone enjoys a campfire so we have several sheltered firepits . BBQ catering and over the fire cooking is our passion and is available to book.
We provide all our own camping equipment and offer tipi tents, trekking tents, tree tents and single camping hammocks.
We promote sustainable tourism and our site has no electricity nor running water. However we are bordered by a river and for power to charge phones, laptops lighting etc., we have solar generators.
Our toilets are composting and sawdust is used instead of flushing with water. For handwashing we sometimes use river water. Drinking water is brought into the site separately. Hot shower available onsite.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
I am looking for people who are comfortable working and sleeping outdoors in nature who can assist in the running of our operation in the woods this summer. Work available will vary from setting up camps to helping cook and serve BBQ food to building rustic shelters. Throughout the summer season there would be approximately 2 x 5 hour days work available @ €11.30 per hour.
