  We are an older couple and are retired. We love to garden and my husband has not stop projects on the go. I am passionate about Pickleball and have my own court on the property. And I love to give lessons .

  We live in a beautiful area of southern BC and we have an incredible climate for growing gardens. We also have a few rivers and numerous hiking trails nearby. We are in an area steeped with Russian (Doukhobor) history.

  As an older couple we would like help with gardening and general maintenance and some building projects on our 8 acre property.

  Accommodation

  We have a private accommodation on the property that is a one bedroom suite with living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry machines. It is fully furnished and includes all cooking facilities and dishes etc. Some meals could be eaten at the main house with the hosts and others would be prepared by the Workawayers. In that case groceries would be provided.

  What else ...

  We are a quiet couple in a quiet area. There are bicycles for the Workawayers to use and enjoy and as above mentioned, endless trails and terrain, rivers and creeks to explore. We are located 10 minutes from the American Border crossing so that is another whole area to discover.
