Peaceful & private semi-rural retreat with 2 acres of wooded land in a good area. Beautiful sunny home to share with myself, school age son and our friendly staffy bull terrier.
We have loads of space, fruit trees & daffodils to enjoy. Wood fire & large garden.
10 mins by car to Hamilton & Cambridge. Visit the famous Hamilton Gardens (10mins) & Waitomo Caves, Raglan Surf Beach are within an hours drive.

I enjoy meeting new people & have also travelled extensively & learnt French - a long time ago!. I work in the tertiary education sector in international management and am passionate about biodiversity and nature. I can share lots of ideas of what to see in New Zealand, especially the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Central Plateau & Coromandel Penninsula.

I work from home & garden in my spare time. But life has been busy & I'd love help with basic house repairs, waterblasting, weeding, light chainsawing & spring cleaning.

Accommodation
Furnished double bedroom with King sized bed in large house. All bedding can be supplied. Food for meals can be supplied, but shared cooking would be great. Supply your own snacks & drinks.

Explore Hamilton, Cambridge & rural towns within a short drive. Hamilton Gardens, river walks & rides, golf, shops close by. Public transport to Hamilton is available but a vehicle would be more flexible.
