Description
We are a family living in the East of Holland, in a beautiful forest area at 3 kilometers from the Loo Palace.
We love fun, relaxing, making music (guitar, piano, violin, drums) & arts. We have 8 horses, with which we can use some help.
Our two kids (our 12 year old son Tibbe and our 7 year old daughter Pommelie) go to school part-time and are being homeschooled. We love for them to make their own choices at a young age and take responsibility for their actions. We do fun projects and try to encourage exploring their passions and interests. Next to that we take the kids along the day, and so they learn from life itself.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
It would be great if you could help us with the daily horse care (feeding & cleaning the stables) and do ground training in a natural way with the young ponies (age 0-3) or take them out for a walk .
Feedings are at 08:00, 13:00, 18:00 and 22:00h. All together it will take you about 1,5 h. Training the horses (haltering, traffic, hoofcare, etc) is not necessary but very welcome. It would be great if you have a driver's licence in order to take the kids to school sometimes or to music lessons. Of course you can use our car.
We will make a schedule together which will suit your agenda as well. You might want to visit a town or go on an adventure yourself.
We will take turns in preparing meals and if you could help with some chores around the house during the week that would be great!
A proactive mentality is nice, though we do like to live a relaxed life too. We like it when things flow naturally, organically.Languages

What else ...
The rural village of Wenum Wiesel is at 1 kilometer from the city of Apeldoorn (11th largest city in Holland). A busstop is literally in front of our house at 50 meters, taking you to Apeldoorn's central station in 10 minutes. From there you can easily reach places of interest. By car, moving west, within an hour you reach Amsterdam, and moving east you reach Germany in 30 minutes.

We already miss him. He is one of those people that grows on you.
Towards the kids Ohran was very open, patient and understanding. He played a lot of games and sports with them, laughed and conversed with them in Dutch and English.
