Description
We have around 30 staff members, not including the villagers who help us with our land. All our staff live on ground with us, and are multifunctional; dealing with guests, taking guests out for trips, and ensuring that all visitors leave with the best possible experience

We invite young, passionate people to come learn about Ladakh and what we offer to our guests. In return, we offer clean comfortable lodging at the resort itself, with meals with guests in the main dining building. Apart from a diverse group of people working at the resort, we attract interesting guests from the world over, exposing you to different ideas and ways of life while living at an idyllic village.
We are interested in people with experiences that could be as diverse as
- Yoga and wellness
- stargazing (we have an excellent telescope at site)

- volunteering at a local school
We are happy to open our world to them, while also learning from their experiences.
