    My wife and I live in a hamlet and have 3 horses, we need help cutting back brambles in our fields , it would be ideal for a couple as they will be staying in a one bedroom cottage. It's quite rural area with a few lovely lakes around.

    There is not a lot of social activities in the area but we have a little ( my grandchildren call it Grampa's bar) with a pool table, Dart board and a football table, which is fun, I am a retired bricklayer and can show you some skills if you need them.

    it's mainly clearing away brambles in the fields, and general cleaning up around the property , I will also be working along side them.

    We have a lovely one bedroom cottage for you to stay in with TV, hence our preference for a couple or single person, you will have your main meal with us, there is a kitchen in the cottage we will supply anything you need for you to make your own breakfast light meal in the evening etc: for your own independance, or you can eat all meals with us it's your preference.

    there is a bus service near us , we can drive you down to the town to get it and pick you up later, we will also take you places to visit, there is a nature reserve near which you can walk to with all different birds. There is no smoking inside the house or cottage.
    We have a cat, so if you come with a dog it has to be cat friendly.

    You can park your camper van behind the barn but there are no facilities.

    we don't think our cat would be happy with another cat and she is 16 so we don't want to upset her, we love dogs, we lost our last dog just over a year ago and are not ready to get another yet, but your dog would be spoilt rotten.
