Hello everyone !
We are three thirty-somethings living in Périgord Vert, between Nontron and Thiviers: Quentin and Alizée a couple, and Anthony a long-time friend. We have a multi-activity project which will revolve around sustainable tourism, sports and leisure activities respectful of our beautiful nature, agroforestry/syntropic agriculture and crafts. We are in an energy of co-creation and have since the beginning wanted to open the place to other people. The goal is to share our knowledge and ideas and to feed off those of others. The current and future projects are as follows:
- Renovation of part of the house, supervised by Quentin, building craftsman: plumbing, insulation, carpentry, construction sites with natural materials such as hemp, lime... He wishes to be in transmitting what drives him and will happily share his skills and teeming ideas!
- earthworks carried out by a local craftsman whom we will assist in the installation of the materials chosen for the project (riprap stones, creation of a pond and plant beds, circulation area, etc.), Collaboration in progress with a person trained in permaculture and syntropic agriculture in order to design the place: the time will soon come for plantations, tree pruning, developments... The opportunity to acquire knowledge alongside them in terms of choice and implementation plants conducive to nourishing abundance, economic viability and the regeneration of living things.
And regularly, culinary processing/lactofermentation with organic fruits and vegetables since I am employed in market gardening on living land on a farm 20 minutes from home. When we are not working, we enjoy creating connections by participating in local events and having sporting activities such as climbing, paragliding, skateboarding and of course beautiful hikes in the heart of the natural park. If the project speaks to you, we would be happy to welcome you for a few days, a few weeks, a few months...
On the principle of woofing initially, knowing that we are open to project leaders wishing to be involved in the long term. term. We have a 12 m2 bedroom available, and the possibility of having an independent living room. We currently share cooking and meals, and all possible exchange times depending on each person's emotional availability. A space for converted vehicles is also possible. It seems important to us to specify that the quality of life and work is essential for us and, as we know ourselves, we know that this will be favored if we share with serious, skillful, motivated people who have a certain awareness of the job well done... We are very open and curious about what people can share with us about their sensitivities and knowledge. Nous sommes trois trentenaires installés en Périgord Vert, entre Nontron et Thiviers: Quentin et Alizée un couple, et Anthony un ami de longue date. Nous avons un projet multi-activités qui s'articulera autour du tourisme durable, des activités sportives et de loisirs respectueuses de notre belle nature, de l'agroforesterie/agriculture syntropique et de l'artisanat.
Nous sommes dans une énergie de co-création et avons depuis le début le souhait d'ouvrir le lieu à d'autres personnes. Le but étant de partager nos connaissances et nos idées et de nous nourrir de celles des autres.
Les projet en cours et à venir sont les suivants:
- Rénovation d'une partie de la maison, encadrée par Quentin, artisan du bâtiment: plomberie, isolation, menuiserie, chantiers avec des matériaux naturels type chanvre, chaux... Il souhaite être dans la transmission de ce qui l'anime et partagera avec plaisir ses compétences et ses idées qui fourmillent !
- chantier de terrassement réalisé par un artisan local que nous seconderons pour la mise en place des matériaux chosis pour le projet (pierres d'enrochement, création d'une mare et de massifs végétaux, zone de circulation...),
Collaboration en cours avec une personne formée en permaculture et agriculture syntropique afin de designer le lieu: viendra bientôt le temps des plantations, taille d'arbres, aménagements... L'opportunité d'acquérir à ses côtés des connaissances en terme de choix et d'implantation de végétaux propices à l'abondance nourricière, la viabilité économique et la régénération du Vivant.
Et régulièrement, de la transfo culinaire/lactofermentation avec des fruits et légumes bio puisque je suis salariée en maraîchage sur sol vivant sur une exploitation à 20 minutes de la maison.
Lorsqu'on ne travaille pas, on prend plaisir à créer du lien en participant à des événements locaux et à avoir des activités sportives comme l'escalade, le parapente, le skate et bien sûr de belles randonnées au cœur du parc naturel.
Si le projet vous parle, nous serions heureux de vous accueillir quelques jours, quelques semaines, quelques mois... Sur le principe du woofing dans un premier temps, sachant que nous sommes ouverts à des porteurs de projets souhaitant s'impliquer sur le long terme. Nous avons à disposition une chambre de 12 m2, et la possibilité d'avoir un salon indépendant. Nous partageons actuellement la cuisine et les repas, et tous les temps d'échanges possibles en fonction de la disponibilité émotionnelle de chacun.
Un emplacement pour véhicules aménagés est possible aussi.
Il nous semble important de préciser que la qualité de vie et de travail est primordiale pour nous et, comme nous nous connaissons, nous savons que celle-ci sera favorisée si nous partageons avec des personnes sérieuses, adroites, motivées et ayant une certaine conscience du travail bien fait...
Nous sommes très ouverts et curieux de ce que les gens pourrons nous transmettre de leurs sensibilités et connaissances.

What else ...
Many walks in the heart of the Périgord Vert natural park to take near us. The renowned tourist sites are further south of the department, however there are pretty villages to visit nearby and a pleasant living environment.

De nombreuses promenades au cœur du parc naturel de Périgord Vert à effectuer proche de chez nous. Les renommés sites touristiques sont plus au sud du département, cependant il y a de jolis villages à visiter alentours et un cadre de vie appréciable.
