  Description

  We are Alessandra and Cecylia, two determined and hard-working women. We have been partners since 2024, and together we run Locanda Settimo Cielo in Lubriano. I am Italian, and Cecylia is Polish.
  
  We value meaningful exchanges and enjoy spending time with people from whom we can learn something new and to whom we can offer something in return.
  
  We generally look for women (we prefer working with strong, independent, and motivated women like ourselves) or same-sex couples. However, we are open-minded and always happy to have a good conversation if someone outside this preference feels like the right fit.
  
  We usually welcome Workawayers from late March or early April, when we reopen the Locanda after the winter break and have a significant amount of work to manage. Tasks may include gardening (such as pruning roses after winter, watering the porch plants, clearing the woods, and working in the vegetable garden) and occasionally some cooking or general household duties.
  
  We want to point out that we are vegetarian so no meat will be served (or cooked) for the meals that we offer. No problems if you want to eat meat when u take care of your own meals!
  
  What we offer:
  We require at least one of the skills mentioned above. Working hours will be a maximum of 4 hours per day, depending on the workload. The rest of the time is yours to enjoy the local area as you wish. Please note that moving around without a car, bike, or motorcycle is not convenient, as public transportation is limited. You will have your own room with a private bathroom, meals, internet access, and everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

  Help

  This is what we usually ask from our Workawayers:
  
  We run an agriturismo, and during the season we are very busy. We would love some help taking care of our personal tasks: looking after the animals, managing our private home duties, and supporting the daily maintenance of our food garden. We genuinely appreciate the help, but even more, we value sharing our lifestyle with someone who can understand and embrace this vision.
  
  Please note that our preferred search criteria are couples (same-sex couples are especially welcome) or solo female travelers.

  Accommodation

  A private double room with bathroom and 4hectares of garden/trees and food garden. Orvieto (one of the most wonderful city in Italy) is far 15minutes by car, Bolsena Lake is 15km, many vinery and farm are located in the surrounding are amazing.

  Helpers can do anything everything they want with their free time, better if they have a own car-van-motorcycle, bicycle, 'cause public transport doesn't exist around our home. There is a lot to see and to visit

  We do have an unlimited 10mb internet, it can be increased but always keeping in mind that we are in the middle of nowhere and that sometimes the net doesn't work as it is supposed to work.

  we have 4000 sqmtrs for them, if they prefer to sleep in their camper. we accept families with campers, otherwise we do not have rooms available for more than 2 people.

  Can possibly accept pets

  of course, they (pets i mean) just have to be used to other animals we have cats and dogs
