The centre is an amazing horse property steeped in history. We have 12 horses, 2 dogs, 2 emus, lots of local kangaroos and the most amazing native birds. We are a 4 miles from our local small town in Blanchetown, which has 1 shop, a post office and a pub.

We are looking for people to help us with our daily chores like general maintenance and tidying up, from painting gates to some light fencing and property maintenance work. We are looking for easy-going, friendly people who love nature and being outdoors and are confident on the ground with horses. This is a very peaceful area so it’s also perfect for people looking for a break from city life, and to get back to nature. As some of the horses are older, riding horses will unfortunately not be an option. However, we do have a vast library of horse books and DVDs in the Emu shed that you are welcome to enjoy.
