Description
This is an incredible 11 room boutique ski lodge, restaurant and bar situated in Tangram, a quieter and less crowded ski town known for its MadaPOW and epic tree runs! We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team of hospitality all-rounders to kick off the upcoming 2026/7 winter season!
This position is ideal for individuals who are looking for an immersive experience in the mountains with a tight-knit team. Working in Tangram is not for those who are seeking a big nightlife party scene but it is perfect if you value nature, snow and simplicity. We are looking for team players who demonstrate professionalism, a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role that touches every part of the guest journey, from warm welcomes and clean spaces to restaurant services and resort driving. You will work across multiple departments and be an essential part of creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. You will need to be proactive, reliable and always open to learning new skills in a fast paced environment.

Help
This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in supporting different areas of a resort operation. You’ll be part of a small team, so a flexible attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential.
Tasks may include:
Assisting with breakfast preparation
Making coffees and hot drinks
Bartending
Floor service in the restaurant
Cleaning rooms and common areas
Dishwashing and kitchen preparation
Driving guests around the resort
Snow clearing of vehicles and walkways
We’re looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and some prior experience in hospitality or customer service.
Required skills and experience:
Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry
Barista
Bartenders
Kitchen
Floor Staff
International Drivers Permit, beneficial if you have previous experience driving in snow
Strong communication skills and a guest focused attitude
MUST have valid Working Holiday Visa and be available from December 1st to March 31st
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly Japanese are a bonus
