Hi! We’re Maria, Satoshi, Kiitsu, and Aloha 🦮
We live in Sapporo, Hokkaido, in a quiet neighbourhood at the foot of the mountains, about 20 minutes from the city centre.
We love gardening, camping, hiking, fruit picking, exploring Hokkaido, and spending time outdoors. Every season here is completely different, so there’s always something to enjoy.
The help we need is mostly gardening, hanging out with Kiitsu, spending time with Aloha, and the occasional light household task. No cooking required!
We can offer you a comfortable private room, meals with the family, and time to explore Sapporo and Hokkaido. If we’re heading out for a weekend adventure, you’re always welcome to join us.
Must like cheeky toddlers and giant dogs. 😊 -

By hosting people from different cultures, we hope to learn new ways of living, cooking, and enjoying everyday life. We’d love for our child to grow up meeting people from around the world, hearing different languages, and experiencing the beauty of cultural exchange right at home.
We believe cultural exchange goes both ways — travellers can experience everyday family life in Japan, discover local spots in Hokkaido, enjoy home-cooked meals, and connect with us in a relaxed and genuine way. It’s a chance to share cultures, stories, and traditions while creating memories together. -
