  Hello, my name is Cristian, I am 48 years old and I currently work as a Mathematics Teacher in secondary education in Talcahuano (Chile). I intend to share my home, which is a small cabin located in a fantastic place in Talcahuano, and along with that a lifestyle that privileges simplicity, silence, healthy eating and recreational activities. I am an expert in healthy eating and also a Yoganrol teacher (dynamic meditation that mixes Yoga and Dance).
  
  Hola mi nombre es Cristian, tengo 48 años y actualmente trabajo como Profesor de Matemáticas en la educación media en Talcahuano (Chile).
  Tengo la intención de compartir mi hogar que es una pequeña Cabañita ubicada en un fantástico lugar de Talcahuano, y junto con eso un estilo de vida que privilegia lo sencillo, el silencio, un alimentación saludable y actividades recreativas.
  Soy experto en alimentación saludable y también maestro de Yoganrol (meditación dinámica que mezcla la Yoga y la Danza).

  First I need help with the maintenance of the Cabin (cleanliness and order) and mainly help with making furniture and accommodations to make this place a more comfortable and functional space.
  
  Primero necesito ayuda con la mantención de la Cabaña (limpieza y orden) y principalmente ayuda a fabricar muebles y acomodaciones para hacer de este lugar un espacio más cómodo y funcional.

  El lugar dónde vivo está muy bien ubicado, hay muchos atractivos cerca que se pueden ir caminando (hay un canal hermoso habitado muchas aves nativas, incluso coipos), centros comerciales, incluso el casino de la comuna.
  También hay acceso a locomoción colectiva que los puede llevar a conocer las zonas céntricas de la ciudad, otros lugares de interés, y también playas, lagunas, ríos.
