Description
Three years ago I retired and decided to buy a piece of land in a valley south of Granada with a subtropical climate and plant it with avocados. The land is located on the edge of a viewpoint with impressive views of a mountainous and green landscape, in the background the Mediterranean Sea. I have been a camper for a long time and I like to enjoy nature in tranquility sharing with people from other countries and different cultures.
Hace 3 años me jubile y decidi comprar un terreno en un valle al sur de Granada con clima subtropical y sembrarlo de aguacates.
El terreno esta situado al borde de un mirador con impresionantes vistas a un paisaje montañoso y verde, al fondo el mar mediterraneo.
Soy campista desde hace tiempo y me gusta disfrutar de la naturaleza en tranquilidad compartiendo con gentes de otros paises y culturas diferentes.

The electricity supply of the farm is photovoltaic, its operation is illustrative to see how we can reduce our energy dependence.

Accommodation
I can provide a tent and bedding for camping, the accommodation is also prepared to receive campers and caravans. There is a bathroom, a shower and a place to pour sewage. There is also a kitchen and sink. There is a swimming pool that is very nice on summer days.
El alojamiento esta preparado para recibir camper y caravanas,tambien puedo proporcionar tienda de campaña y ropa de cama para acampar.
Hay cuarto de baño, ducha y lugar para verter agua residuales.
Tambien hay cocina y fregadro.
Existe una piscina que es muy agradable en los dias de verano.
What else ...
The farm is located 4 km from the town where there is a supermarket, bar, pharmacy and health center. The nearest beach is 20 km away and the city of Granada is less than an hour away by good road.
La finca esta situada a 4 Km del pueblo donde hay supermercado,bar,farmacia y centro de salud.
La playa mas proxima esta 20 km y la ciudad de Granada a menos de una hora por buena carretera.

El espacio es reducido,no esta recomendado para autocaravanas grandes. Las maniobras con camper y caravana si es posible.
