Description
Good day beautiful people.
We are looking for a few awesome shiny souls to come join us at our offgrid space in Central Portugal, Myoho Valley.
In preparation for an awesome event
Conscious and psychedelic gathering.
people interested in making event spaces beautiful and holding g events to top of the list.
gardening, building, making videos, art and that enjoy being around lots of animals also great.
Expected is 3 hours a day 5 days a week focus on task time (15 hours)
Longer volunteer stays are preferred.
In exchange for a place to stay - either in our unique dorm room or a tent in field & lunch, eaten together on working days.
Outside of that time and on weekends, there's plenty to do enjoying life in this gorgeous space, hanging with animals, swimming, writing, yoga, discussions, evening activities, studying, we have ceremonies happening throughout the year also.
We have meetings in the am over coffee to check in and see how we are doing.
We usually have group activity in the morning while it's cool
Which is sometime between 8/10am depending on the time of year.
Food contribute is optional 30eu per person for food, coffee & tea a week given on Monday before shopping.
Worked out at: 2eu/meal lunch & dinner, 1eu/day for coffee and tea. Minus 5 lunches.
We eat very well here & vegetarian and vegan food. We have a pizza oven also. The team shares cooking and cleaning.
Alternatively, people are welcome to sort their own shopping or provide meals/coffee/tea instead.
We are keeping the team small as we work towards embracing peace, quiet and self in the new place, a deeper connection to nature.
Therefore it will suit people that are also on a path to self discovery, self care and like resting, journalling, swimming and chilled vibes in spare time.
- people that are happy being in a 420 friendly, substance free communal area is important.
We have 25 animals here including horses donkey, chickens, pigs, ducks cats and dogs, a lake, river beach within a walking distance,
We have a washing machine (2eu/wash), kitchen, shala for yoga, plenty of space to be deeply immersed to nature, indoor pool (that needs upgrading - one of our tasks)
The goal is to get starlink installed soon to make it easier to work online. Watch this space.
We are 30 minutes drive from Castelo Branco, which has all amenities and a train/bus station.
We have a private taxi in town that offers lifts from Castelo Branco to us
Any questions please ask.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Have a beautiful day,
Helios.Types of help and learning opportunities

single tent or shared bell tent, with mattresses and bedding/sleeping bag or bed in our Cave in dorm room. Ideally bring your own sleeping bag but we have some otherwise.
What else ...
swimming in our lake or one close by, a walk to a river beach hiking, drive to Castelo Branco if you have a car,
bus from village twice daily.
Close to many small beautiful villagesA little more information
Internet access
Limited internet access
We have pets
We are smokers
Can host families
Can host digital nomads
We are mainly off grid. We do have our solar set up and this allows us to work online if there's a need to - care to charge during the day in sun on cloudy/ winter days and also flexibility weatherise. 4g picks up just fine and have Wi-Fi most of the time (hotspots). During rainy days minimum electrical at present. We will have starlink soon.
Space for parking camper vans
plenty of space to set up a camper/motorhome. (Please only organic toilet/compost or take to town to dispose of) actually its preferred to have people with their own vans, this is because it is helpful to have more drivers and frees up sleeping spaces. :)
Can possibly accept pets
Only cat and chicken friendly female dogs / spayed boys - it will not work otherwise - our male dog doesn't like other boys, especially if they're barky/too energetic. please let us know first :)
