Description
I live alone in a country house with 10,000mts and I need help in the care and maintenance of the country area as well as various projects that I keep in mind, such as building a bank, making a garden, in the afternoons I have activities like theater classes, cross-training, English,... I have very different friendships who will love meeting whoever is at home and I love meeting new people, different cultures, customs, etc...

learn Spanish culture and practice Spanish language, get to know the Mediterranean area and enjoy the nature and antiquities that surround us. Also we cook typical Spanish food. The house is in an environment of orange and pine trees from which you can see the sea as the horizon. This town of Muslim origin (11th century) has a deep-rooted tradition for ceramics, it is well connected by bus to visit Valencia, Castellón, connection to the train, etc...

La puerta de entrada al terreno es de 5 metros, está hormigonada y hay 100 metros hasta la casa, por lo que hay espacio suficiente para cualquier tipo de caravana o autocaravana

Aquí conmigo viven dos gatos, pero el terreno es muy amplio y dispongo de dos perreras (antes tenia 2 pastores alemanes) por si es necesario cerrarlos . cualquier otro animal que no sea un peligro, será bienvenido
