    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

In exchange you will have the opportunity to participate in yoga, philosophy, meditation and pranayama from internationally recognized yoga teachers with over 25-35 years of experience. During courses, the ashram usually has 15-20 people from all over the world from different backgrounds and spiritual paths. It’s a beautiful opportunity to share and connect with daily spiritual practices that support a high vibe as well as deep internal work.
Also, we invite you to connect with our multi-cultural family; we are Peruvian as well as from the United States.
