  Description

  Hi, I am an easygoing person that put all of my attention to repair and to give a new live to a rural village in the Balkan forest, just some kilometers away of the beautiful Troyan monastery. As a guide with more than 20 years of experience my dream is to have a small eco place where I can accommodate groups of people who love the nature, forest and who love to stay in a really unique atmosphere as it was decades ago...
  
  There are tree houses that keep the style of the rural last century. Being here is a kind of going back with a time-capsule. There is also a nice bungalow, a few barns and another house that I want to restore.
  There is a stream crossing the village which in summer-time is a nice cool place to relax or swim.
  During the months from April until September, most of the time there will be people around the village, helping and organizing activities like hiking and walking nearby .
  If you are interested, you are most welcome and will be hosted in a nice house with all the necessary equipment!
  
  I prefer long staying skillful Workawayers, but everybody is welcome to ask for the host possibilities!

  Living in the rural area near "Centrla Balkan" national park. Learning more about the local traditions, crafts and food. Enjoying the nature, building a cabin in the woods, knowing the forest and the unique hike tours we organize.

  Help

  It can be anything. I need help with general working and preparing of the yard, including gardening and grass harvesting also rebuilding and restoring some buildings. Cooking, watching the village if I or my staff is on hike tour with a group in the forest.

  There are well repaired traditional houses and a separated bungalow near a nice streaming river. Food can be included. The object is located in the Balkan mountains two kilometers far from a nice village.

  I have a wifi router in one of the houses of Ivanshnitsa. The data works in and around the house but not everywhere in the village, and not in the 1 or 2 people accommodation which is on the other side of the river (50m away).

  Can possibly accept pets

  Yes. There is cats that are half domestic and wild and that lives around, but dogs are also welcome.
