We live in a traditional Japanese home with an iron bath and traditional toilet. Helpers stay in a separate guest house with shared bathroom and sleep on futons on a tatami floor. There is also a washing machine available for use in the guest house.
We all eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together in our house. We eat traditional Japanese food and enjoy when helpers also cook their traditional cuisine!
Nearby is a food market, great bakery, post office and temple.
