Description
Hi! We are Tony, Magda and our two children. We live in a small village called Křepice 69165 in South Moravia, Czech Republic.
Our home has a big garden where we raise chickens and geese, and grow vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, and microgreens. We do our best to live more self-sufficiently and take care of the land through regenerative agriculture — using natural, sustainable methods that improve the soil, support biodiversity, and respect the natural cycles of life. It's a way of living that connects us more deeply with nature and helps us protect it for future generations.
We would love to welcome someone who enjoys working with animals, growing food, or who wants to learn more about this kind of lifestyle. We’re happy to share what we know about regenerative practices and also to learn from you – whether it’s practical skills or just good conversations about life, nature, or culture.
There’s always something to help with: feeding animals, gardening, preparing food, or small projects around the house. We live a peaceful life and enjoy the quiet rhythm of the countryside.
If you’re looking for a place where you can slow down, be part of a friendly family, learn about regenerative ways of living, and get your hands in the soil, we’d be happy to hear from you!Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We enjoy meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, and we’re always happy to exchange ideas and experiences. With us, you can learn about everyday life in a Czech village, our traditions, and seasonal customs. We can show you how we grow our food, care for animals, and live more sustainably through regenerative practices.
We also love to cook and share homemade meals, and we’d be excited to try dishes from your country too! Conversations over tea or while working in the garden are often the best moments to connect, learn, and get inspired by each other’s stories and perspectives.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

Help
Most of the help we need follows a simple daily rhythm. In the morning, we feed the animals and take care of whatever is needed that day — it could be watering the garden, planting or harvesting vegetables, or small maintenance tasks around the house or garden. In the afternoon, we feed the animals again and collect eggs. The work is not too hard, but it does require a bit of responsibility, especially when it comes to caring for the animals.
We usually work in a relaxed, flexible way depending on the weather and what needs to be done. Some days are busier, others are calmer — we always try to keep a good balance and make sure there's time to rest and enjoy the surroundings too.Languages

You will stay with us in our family home. We have a cozy guest room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a small writing desk. It’s a quiet space where you can relax and have some privacy, while still being part of our daily family life. We share the kitchen and bathroom, and we always try to create a warm, respectful, and friendly atmosphere at home.
What else ...
Even though we live in a small village, there are many beautiful places to explore nearby. We’re about 30 km from Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic. You can also visit the fairytale chateau Lednice, the charming town of Mikulov, or the local vineyards and wine cellars in the area. If you'd like to take a trip, we can lend you a bicycle or even a car, depending on the situation.
