Two white goats with curled horns stand proudly atop a dirt mound. The cloudy sky and bare trees suggest a chilly day on a quiet farm.
Three goats are eating from two carved pumpkins placed on green pine branches outside. The scene is natural, rustic, and playful, with autumn and farm vibes.
A fluffy white rabbit with black spots sits on a dark wooden bench. Its soft fur and upright ear give it a charming, adorable, and cozy appearance.
Three horses stand in a grassy field behind a low electric fence. Autumn trees form a dense backdrop, with afternoon sunlight illuminating the scene warmly.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Our little village is located on the St John River and offers super hospitality, fun activities, swimming, boating. We are close enough to walk to the core, and everyone is so friendly. We welcome cultural differences and hope to learn so much! I also have a 15 year old daughter who would benefit from cultural differences on the farm. We also run a local farmers market, which would offer a great social experience.

    Help

We are looking for an extra set of hands to help with general chores, gardening, barn cleaning, fencing, working with the animals and possibly helping with an agri tourism project. Currently there are two of us working. We are happy to pay minimum wage , provide meals and accomodations. We are pretty laid back, and work mostly mornings, when it's not too hot.

    What else ...

This is a rural spot, so although there's a village, the way of life is slow. Nature abounds and we are close to the river for swimming kayaking and boating. We can offer kayaks but we don't have a boat.
