    Description

    Hello!

We are Geri, Shane and Rowan, and our dog Asteroid, living just 3km from the village of Glengarriff in the picturesque West Cork, South West of Ireland.

We have a very special place by the sea and we are seeking assistance with general gardening and maintenance tasks around the property. Our array of projects involves hands-on work including various hand tools a power hose, lawnmower and strimmer. While prior experience is advantageous, it's not essential, as long as you're open to learning and don't mind getting a bit dirty :)

We are originally from Ireland but spent many years living in London before returning back and finding our place here. We love hiking, swimming in the sea, music, and going to the cinema (although all we get to see now is mostly kids movies!). Both of us work from home and I am currently starting out with my herbal medicine practice which operates from the ground floor of our old cottage.

We consider ourselves easy going and sociable and love to meet new people and swap stories. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, look no further. This is a great place to relax, unwind, take a dip in the sea, go for a kayak, hike and sleep!

    Accommodation

Our home is approx. 200meters from the sea. You would have a large bedroom with a king size bed (so if there are two of you, you would be sharing a bed).

You would be staying in the upstairs bedroom part of our old Irish cottage. Geri uses the downstairs kitchen area for her herbal clinic during the day.

The bathroom you would have to share with us, which is just opposite your bedroom in the new part of the house.

You can opt to make your own meals in our kitchen or share your meals with us!

The campervan can't be a large one as it just won't fit down our small country road! But if it's like a VW size one then should be fine!
