Description
Hello!
We are a busy family of six. Young couple, Thora and Andri. We have four kids, age 13, 9, 3 and 1. We are very busy and have a lot on out plate since we recently started our own company and Thora studying masters in law.
We live in the country side, Laugarás, which is a very small village in the south of Iceland.
We own a big house and you will be having private room with private bathrom. Here are butiful surroundings nesr the river in this cute little greenhouse town.
Laugarás is located near the golden circle, about 1 hour from the capital city Reykjavík.
We need help at the house from time to time. Especially during exam season and we need gardening help aswell in the spring/beginning of summer.

You will be a part of an icelandic household in action with all that comes with that. You can eat with us as you like and we could take you sightseeing. Andri is a former guide and now owns his own travel company so he is very knowledgeable about the country and knows all the best places to see :)

Help
We need help at the house from time to time. Especially during excam season and we need gardening help aswell in the spring/beginning of summer.
At the house we mostly need help with general housework and just another hand in running the household and babysitting.
In the garden we would need help with painting the terrace, cleaning windows, mowing the lawn, and over all gardening work and getting rid of trash in the garden.

Accommodation
Our house is 275 squere meters with 7 bedrooms and four bathrooms so plenty of space!
We offer a private room with private bathroom and a private fridge.
You can tell us what you would like to have in the fridge and also always welcome to eat with us and of course dinner with us as you like
What else ...
We have two cars so we can arrange that you can have access to a car. Maybe not unlimited because we also have to use it but absolutely possible to have it for use.
We have never had workawayers with us before but we see it as somone who would be as involved as wanted and doing work maybe half a work day (4-5 hours) during the weekdays and off on weekends.
