  Description

  We are a family of 3, theres me (mum) and Sedric (4) and Silvie (1,5) we live in a beautiful area in central portugal.
  We have a vineyard, a garden, a pool, a sauna, hot-tub and plenty of hikes and rivers nearby. We have been incorporating sustainable practices into our garden for over 3 years.
  We are looking for people to join us for 1-3 month periods, become part of our home, to work and learn new skills, but also have a comfortable and relaxing stay and leave a positive impact behind.
  Our garden and vineyard are just for our enjoyment. We are not a commercial farm.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  You can learn masses of gardening techniques on a country farm, with Olives and fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden. Also many construction and maintenance projects on a handmade renovanted home.
  Stone wall building, dead hedging, and making wine and spirits from Portuguese trees. We also offer experience in tourism and childcare.

  I need help with maintenance, as the property is almost completely wood and dates from 1900, and gardening, i would like to make our garden so much more productive.
  Would also suit someone (or a couple) who are comfortable with gardening and some childcare, as we can do better as a team and share duties.
