    Description

Welcome to Christchurch. We are ready to welcome helpers who are carpenters, furniture makers or joiners. We appreciate every one of our helpers, and will do everything we can to make sure you get what you hope for in our exchange.
Our next steps are to build the interior of our tiny hone/caravan. Install a kitchen bench. Build a big bed, make a couch etc. So we definitely need helpers with this sort of skill set. Helpers who are happy to work an average of 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Which days and which hours are to suit you. In return enjoy healthy home cooked meals and comfortable 5 star accommodation. Together we exchange the wonders of our different cultures, especially in the evenings around our dinner table. Doug is a Kiwi Maori and Veronica is a Kiwi Dutch.
    Minimum 4 days.

If you would like to come and enjoy our relaxing sea environment, in exchange for being part of a happy working team, please make contact. You can be independent in an outdoor kitchen /bedroom, or you can enjoy your own double bedroom in our main house.
Across the road is the sea. A beautiful all seasons experience, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the water. You are free to use bikes, kayaks, dinghy, paddleboards, wetsuits, flippers etc. Paddle across the inlet to a great surf beach or cycle / skateboard / amble along the coastal track to a cool beach village with cafes and restaurants. Only 1 minute walk to bus which will take you to city centre or directly to the airport.

Only suitable for the respectful and honest. No smoking or vaping. Unlimited WiFi
