Description
We are a warm patchwork family who like to be outdoors in nature and enjoy life with children, animals and a small garden. Our home is located in the idyllic Upper Palatinate Jura, on the edge of the Danube Valley, in Eilsbrunn, just a stone's throw from the beautiful city of Regensburg. The surrounding area is characterized by rolling hills, forests and impressive limestone cliffs - perfect for nature lovers, hikers and anyone who enjoys being out in the fresh air!
👨👩👧👦 Who we are:
I (Lisa) live here with my two children (6 years & 7 months) and Nanuk, our lovely and active dog. My partner Faby and his three children (aged 8, 13 and 16) are also part of our colorful community - so there's always something going on here!
🐾 Our everyday life:
We love being outdoors - whether walking with Nanuk, trail running, exploring the nearby forests or discovering the beautiful Jura landscape. Nature is our second home and we look forward to sharing it with you!
💡 What we would like from you:
We look forward to support in everyday family life, with the children, in our small garden or wherever helping hands are needed. It is important to us that you enjoy being part of an active family and want to be part of our community.
🏡 What we offer:
A cozy temporary home in a beautiful region of Bavaria, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to experience life in the countryside. Regensburg as a student city, with its historic old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site), is not far away and offers many opportunities for exploration. In addition, the oldest inn in the world, Gasthaus Röhrl, is located directly in our village - a real insider tip for Bavarian hospitality! There is also a true paradise for climbers, mountain bikers and trail runners right on our doorstep. Schönhofen with its rocks is a popular climbing hotspot.
If you would like to get to know us and spend some quality time with us, we look forward to hearing from you! 😊Types of help and learning opportunities

If you feel like it, you can explore the surrounding area with us, be it on walks in the countryside, short excursions or simply discovering the Bavarian way of life.
We look forward to an open exchange and having a great time together! 😊Au Pair Help

Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
Help
We are happy to have help with childcare or small everyday tasks - this could be a short walk with our dog Nanuk, running errands or perhaps cooking. I don't need many hours of support a day, and we can arrange things flexibly and spontaneously, depending on what's on the agenda. It's important to us that you feel comfortable and enjoy being part of our everyday life! 😊

You live in a small, cozy guest room with internet access and have your own space to retreat to. We live together in an apartment on the edge of the village - from here you are quickly in the countryside, but the city is not far away either.
Our apartment has a large, open-plan living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace and a small garden where you can relax. We share the communal areas and value harmonious, uncomplicated living together. 😊What else ...
Our region offers you many opportunities for adventure and relaxation! You can go climbing, mountain biking, hiking or trail running here - the nature around Eilsbrunn is perfect for outdoor activities.
You can enjoy the Bavarian way of life in the oldest inn in the world, Gasthaus Röhrl, and experience the traditions of the region. There is a brewery in Eichhofen where you can get to know Bavarian beer culture.
The historic city of Regensburg (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is not far away and offers many sights, including the old town, the cathedral and numerous museums. Regensburg is also a lively student city with the highest density of pubs in Europe - ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy city life.
Nuremberg and Munich are within easy reach for longer excursions, and there are good bus and train connections to Regensburg from Eilsbrunn.A little more information
