  Description

  Hi, we are a family of six (four humans and two dogs) and we are looking for a kind and loving person to help us care for our two sons (Alessandro, born December 2019, and Edoardo, born May 2022). We are looking for an English native speaker with some childcare experience willing to join and become part of our family.
  We have already hosted many au pairs (we can provide references) and have so far loved this experience, so we would like to continue welcoming people in our family.
  We live in Belluno, a small town in the Dolomites, strategically located close to both mountains and beaches. It is the ideal location for nature lovers and hikers, but it is also very close to the main cities in Veneto.
  Our son Alessandro was born in December 2019 and is a happy and active boy who loves being outdoor, learning new things and playing with us. He is a very amiable boy, he likes getting to know new people and is always smiling. Edoardo, born in May 2022, is a little ball of love (both figuratively and physically) who will win you over with toothless smiles and excited screams. We also have two large dogs who live with us, they are very well behaved and friendly.

  We are ready to welcome you with open arms and show you all around our town and the amazing nature that surrounds it. You will be fully immersed in the Italian culture and we would be more than happy to help you practice the language. We are also very excited to lear everything about you and your culture, so don't hesitate to share with us! We love getting to know different ways of life and would love for our kids to grow into open-minded adults.

  Help

  We are looking for someone to help us look after and actively play with our sons, while teaching them English. We are looking for someone to actively interact with them, to make up games, do crafts, sing and dance with them and talk their ears off. We would like for you to be able to come up with games and activities that would entertain our children and teach them English. The schedule would be from 7 to 8 in the morning to get the kids ready for school and then from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. You would then be required to clean and tidy up your bedroom and help us with regular household chores, such as clearing the table, emptying the dishwasher, helping with laundry. We are looking for someone to help us 25-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. All weekends are off.

  Accommodation

  We provide a private bedroom in our house. We would also provide for all your meals (we usually don't have lunch at home but you are free to eat whatever you'd like from our kitchen).

  What else ...

  We would be happy for you to join us in our free time activities, which include going swimming at a nearby pool, hiking in the mountains both during summer and winter, spending time with friends and relatives and travelling to nearby cities. However, if you prefer travelling or spending time on your own, we would totally support you! We also appreciate taking some time to just relax at home, trying to cultivate our hobbies: reading, playing the guitar, cooking and just being together.
  We live in Belluno, a small town in the Dolomites. Belluno is located close to both the mountains and the seaside. It is a quiet and lovely town offering a variety of activities for all tastes. You'd be able to take long walks in the mountains, take kitesurf lessons at a nearby lake, take a day off and go to Venice by train, go skiing in Cortina, visit all the artistic towns located in Veneto and much more.
