Description
We are a conscious and diverse off-grid community. We host and facilitate different not-for-profit wellness retreats and conscious events, workshops, and ceremonies. We all have our own specialties and work- counsellors, builders, event planners, teachers. We are work away from our 'day jobs' building and expanding our gardens, dwelling places, and community spaces. We attract children and elders, artists, musicians, builders, makers, nerds, and all varieties of genders and benders who are passionate and love to create and gather and share in a non-profit economy.
Our overall aim is to eventually be self/community-sustaining, in celebration and connection!

Everyday here you can practice English, Spanish, French and German since we have people living here who speak these languages! We also are connected to different indigenous community members (including one of our land members) and you will have access to locals who are experts in the regional history of this part of Turtle Island!

Depending on the work away agreement, we have a yurt, a studio, and a cabin available for stay. We also have ample beautiful camping on the property if someone has their own van/set up. The cabin has its own bathroom. There is an outhouse and the main house for bathroom, shower and laundry. We often eat community meals together. Depending on the agreement and length of stay , meals can be partially or completely part of the exchange.
What else ...
On your time off you can explore the 130 acres property. We have 2 creeks and a waterfall in the canyon on the property. We are near beaches and slocan lake and bannock point. some of the most beautiful hiking in Bc!
