I am a permaculturist and mother of three children. We live on an authentic Spanish farm near the University of Alicante, Sant Vicente, Alicante. We have 4 cats, a few chickens and ducks. Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Ethnically, we are from South Asia. We have lived (long-term residence) and worked in five countries including Canada, UK, UAE, Spain and Pakistan. Our main language of communication at home is English. Although we are fully fluent in Hindi and Urdu as well. I am a certified permaculturist and have obtained the PDC qualification from Goeff Lawton. We practice permaculture at our farm as well so there will be many learning exchange opportunities for people interested in permaculture, sustainable living, gardening and organic farming. Guests can avail these opportunities throughout their stay. We cook international food especially Indian, Persian, Turkish, Middle Eastern and Chinese cuisines. I am sure the guests will enjoy fresh and healthy food and will learn to cook these foods as well. I also practice herbalism and know alot about identifying trees and medicinal plants in many different regions I have lived in across the world. And practice healthy detox practice inspired by Barbara o niell.

We love to learn from others who can bring some complementary skills and experiences such as carpentry, design, herbalism, nutrition, art, and handy DIY skills to prepare new spaces for chickens and ducks. There are always new projects that we would like our guests to participate in.
