We are a library and art gallery, which occasionally hosts book, painting, or music exhibitions. It also hosts movie nights and karaoke.
It's an informal cultural center; it doesn't follow specific hours; it operates organically and naturally.
It's a meeting point in this beautiful seaside town.
We're one block from the beach, and you can see the ocean from the garden. There's a good, diverse, and close-knit community. It's a quiet town with lots of nature and interesting people.

Estamos a una cuadra de la playa, y desde el jardín se puede ver el mar. Hay una buena comunidad, diversa y unida. Es un pueblo tranquilo con mucha naturaleza y personas interesantes.

I need help three hours a day, five days a week.
Most days, It'll just be opening the space. It's low season, and there aren't many people.
Other tasks could include gardening or painting. I respect the volunteer's free time. I'm flexible and want the person to feel happy being here, so if at any point they need a change of day or hours, it's possible.
I value their time and energy.
The person has the space at their disposal. If they want to make money and sell something extra or offer their services (workshops, tattoos, etc) they are completely free and welcome to do so.
My hope is for the space to be available to people, a few hours a day, a few days a week. You'd be helping me serve the community. I don't have much time to continue doing it alone.
(I think the more information, the better, so I'll add:)
Most of the time, the volunteer will be alone. That is, they won't have me micromanaging them. If no one else is coming (not many people are coming), the volunteer could manage their time however they wish, while the bookstore is open. That is, they can read a book, make art, listen to music (not too loud, but if people come, turn it down), watch a series, etc. It will be relaxed. Sometimes, but not always, I will accompany them and ask for help with some task, as I mentioned before.
It would be appreciated if the person is organized and clean; for me, that's a challenge, so it's better to have someone who comes naturally and easily.
There's a girl who rents a room, but she's not there all the time; she spends most of the month in another city.
I wouldn't live in the same house, but in case of an emergency, I could stay and sleep on the couch, for example, if it's raining heavily and I can't get back to the mountains.
The volunteer will have their own room.

La mayoría de los días, será solo abrir el espacio. Es temporada baja y hay poca gente.
Durante este horario, un día a la semana prepararemos una torta y unas tortillas.
Otras tareas podrían ser trabajar en el jardín, o pintar unas mesas, por ejemplo. Siempre respetando el tiempo libre del voluntarix. Yo soy flexible y quiero que la persona se sienta feliz de estar aquí, así que si en algún momento necesita un cambio de día o de horas, es posible.
Valoro su tiempo y energía.
La persona dispone del espacio. Si quiere generar dinero y vender algo u ofrecer algún servicio como taller, tatuaje, etc, es totalmente libre y bienvenidx a hacerlo.
Mi deseo es que el espacio esté disponible para la gente, algunas horas al día, algunos días a la semana. Me estarías ayudando a servir a la comunidad. A mí no me da mucho el tiempo para seguirlo haciendo sólo.

La mayor parte del tiempo el voluntario o la voluntaria estará solx. Es decir, no me tendrá a mi detrás micromanaging. Si no vienen personas (no vienen muchas personas) el voluntario podría administrar su tiempo como desee, mientras está abierta la librería. Es decir, puede leer un libro, hacer arte, escuchar música (no estridente y si viene gente bajarle), ver alguna serie, etc. Será relajado. A veces, no siempre, yo acompañaré y pediré ayuda en alguna tarea como mencioné antes.
Se agradecería que la persona sea ordenada y limpia, para mí es un desafío, entonces es mejor alguien a quien le sea natural y fácil.
Hay una chica que renta un cuarto, pero no está siempre, la mayoría del mes lo pasa en otra ciudad.
Yo no viviría en la misma casa, pero por algún percance podría quedarme a dormir en el sofá, por ejemplo si está lloviendo mucho y no puedo regresar a la montaña.
La persona voluntaria tendrá su cuarto propio.

Casi lo olvido, hay una gata que se llama Zarita. Es dulce pero no pegajosa, está en la suya y de vez en cuando da un poco de cariño. Si tienes suerte, quizá duerma contigo, pero no estás obligadx a hacerlo; puedes cerrar la puerta.
