I live amongst the Tasmanian wilderness in Queenstown, on the West Coast. Beautiful mountains, rivers, wildlife at your doorstep. Cleanest air and the incredible experience of living in one of the most remote regions in the world.
Babysitting / child care
Experience the amazing Tasmanian wilderness, use of a car and your own room without paying the huge costs. Many hours of free time to explore the region and enjoy the wonderful community.
Looking for someone to help care for my daughter. She is 5 years old and attends school 3 days a week. Duties would include caring for her on a Monday, after school hours, then Fridays. No cleaning or cooking necessary. Just need someone who is responsible, experienced, and trustworthy with my precious girl. Life in a small town is different, but convenient!
There are buses to Burnie every day, flights to Hobart, many local tracks and mountains to explore. I often drive to Hobart on the weekends and am happy to give a lift down there or for you to stay home. I am easy going, but have a very busy job in a public position. I am a single mother and need assistance that is not readily available on the West Coast. My daughter has a Finnish father, I am fluent in Finnish and would welcome anyone with an understanding of Finnish culture, although this is not necessary. I am Australian, well travelled, and educated. Will open my home to those who are respectful, kind and considerate.
