CASPERIA, A LIVELY SCENIC HILLTOP VILLAGE IN SABINA , 1 HR BY CAR OR TRAIN NORTH OF ROME .
An old gentleman, living alone in a tiny medieval former monastery, offers long-term hospitality, with fully independent accommodation (double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen), to a young couple, or an individual, interested in a special place in beautiful surroundings. Although food is not provided, in the vicinity of the premises one can find excellent farm grown vegetables and meat as well as a supermarket should it be necessary.
Some assistance with home and garden is expected. Should this be substantial an adequate remuneration will be arranged .
