    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We have movie nights most Saturday nights and love to walk, play board games and cards and swim at the beach. We’re not really drinkers, but love food.

Given our passion for food, we will help you to understand NZ culture through food, providing traditional meals. We also speak limited Te Reo if you are interested in learning some of our indigenous language. Our garden is entirely native so you can learn about NZ plants and full of native birds from the noisy Tui and Kaka to the gentle Kereru and cheeky Piwakawaka.
