Description
We are a big family, owner an organic farm an an agrotourism in Noto, into the Natural reserve of Vendicari, We are looking for a couple of nature lovers who could help us maintain our masseria (country estate) during the autumn and winter months, and then rent it out occasionally from April to October. During that period, we would provide accommodation either in the city or in the countryside.
Anyone wishing to assist us with management during the summer season would be offered a seasonal part-time or full-time contract, depending on their skills and experience.
You should have your own means of transport, as the reserve is quite far from the nearest town and services. Although the Vendicari Nature Reserve is a truly paradisiacal place, it can also feel rather isolated at times.
Please do not contact us if you are only looking to live this experience for a few months.

Then agrotourism is located in a wandeful place, it's in the natural reserve of vendicari, into the nature, but very close to the beach of Marianelli, Calamosche and Eloro, The Workawayers can learn how create an organic orto, if they choose to stay in spring, summer and Autumn they can enjoid with our good food, and if they want they can learn to cook some sicilian food, in this period they can meet people who cames from all part of the world, and taste the real sicilian way of life!

Help
Our family owns a farmhouse with 35 hectares of land, and we are looking for one or two workawayers to help us with various outdoor and maintenance tasks.
Your main activities would include taking care of the restaurant garden (removing weeds, cutting grass), keeping the inner courtyard clean and tidy, maintaining wooden doors and other furnishings, helping us create the spring or summer vegetable garden, and taking part in its upkeep (it is equipped with an automatic irrigation system).
During spring and summer, we would also appreciate help with guest check-ins and cleaning before and after arrivals. These tasks would, of course, be paid work under a seasonal part-time or full-time contract, depending on your availability and experience.
In autumn and winter, we are looking for people who can assist us with garden care and general maintenance around the property.
Please note that we do not live permanently at the farmhouse, so you would be on your own most of the time. For this reason, we are looking for independent, reliable, and self-sufficient people who feel comfortable living in a peaceful and somewhat secluded environment.
Occasionally, when our family gathers at the property, we love sharing our culinary traditions: thanks to the expert hands of our nonne (grandmothers), you can learn how to prepare traditional Sicilian recipes and help us create a small welcome buffet for our guests.
We are not looking for people who wish to stay only for a short season — ideally, we would love to welcome someone (or a couple) who can stay at least until November or December 2026. During the summer months, we plan to rent out the entire farmhouse; during those periods, we would provide alternative accommodation either in the city or in the countryside, depending on your preference.
As the farmhouse is located within the Vendicari Nature Reserve, a truly wonderful but remote area, it is essential that you have your own means of transport. Without a car, you may find yourself quite isolated, despite the beauty of the surroundings.
We would be happy to welcome kind, responsible, and nature-loving people who appreciate the beauty of authentic rural life and the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside.

Accommodation
We need help from November 2025 to November 2026 (or later) in this period the woarkawayers can stay in 1 of the guests- room with a private bathroom, we haven't the chef, so they need to cook his meal, during spring -summer in the period that we rent the masseria you can choise if stay in a private roulotte near the house, under the tree with the view on the sunset, or in our house in the City of noto or in another country house.

Our Agroturism in far 10km from Noto, that is with the "other town of Val di Noto" is a famous Unesco Heritage, near Noto there is "Syracuse & Pantalica"an other unesco site. We are into Natural reserve of Vendicary, very close to the beaches of MArianelli, Calamosche & Eloro, not far from another famous beach ( tonnara of Vendicari). From the naure lovers there are other important site as the canyon of Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica & Valle dell'Anapo, the reserve of plemmirio. All around of us a lot's of archeological site, as Villa romana del Tellaro, Eloro, Cittadella dei Maccari, the greek town of Syracuse, the old and still active greek theater. Here you can go do biking, horsing, hiking, rent a quad, snowing in montain Etna the this far less then 3 hours of car from here. If you are wine lovers you have famous wineyard all around us (as. planeta, zisola, giasira, felice modica, marilina, etc.etc.).
Unfourtunatly near our farm there isn't public transfer, but we can provide a bikes and the workawayers can use, according with the needs of the agroutorism, an old car (pic-up model) that we keep on the farm for our works.
