    About Us
We’re looking for someone to help with a variety of tasks around the house, including gardening, deep cleaning, de-cluttering, cooking, selling items online, sorting the garage, and more. We’d love to find someone who’s self-sufficient, motivated, and enjoys being part of a family home!
Our house is located in the heart of Waiheke Island, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. From the sitting room, you’ll enjoy stunning sea views, and the open-plan living and kitchen area creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Your accommodation is in a freshly painted sleep-out below the house, complete with a comfortable double bed and a small chest of drawers. You’ll have your own entrance, as well as a private bathroom and shower, located next to the front garden. Please note, as we use tank rainwater, showers are limited to 3 minutes, and laundry is on a short cycle to conserve water.
The kitchen is cozy and easy to cook in, and the sitting room is nice to relax in. While we tend to stay in and unwind as a family, we also ask for a bit of family time every so often so we’ve put a microwave, kettle and kitchen items downstairs for you to have space too. We ask for no gaming in the family space. Thank you.

    Expectations
You’ll be helping with cooking (sometimes for yourself, sometimes for the family), cleaning, tidying, gardening, and other household tasks. The kids are wonderful teenagers who mostly spend their time in their rooms or on the trampoline. We also have a small table tennis and pool table for you to enjoy.
I’m happy to offer help with English in my spare time and would love to learn some Spanish in exchange! We’re flexible with how you manage your free time during the day and evening, so we can work out a schedule that suits you.
We’re looking for around 25 hours per week, and the hours can vary. Some days may require a full day’s work, while other days might only need a few hours.
We’re really looking forward to meeting you!
    Best,
    Emma, Oliver, and Roman
