Description
My place is a guesthouse . Most of my customers are long-term stay families who can not afford to rent a separate house. Some of my tenants are almost 18 years of staying on my property. My property is located in Yasamal district of Baku. It is located 4 km far from downtown. The area is good for observing local people's ordinary life. I also live there with my younger brother. He works for an IT company and not to do with me. It is inherited from my father. there are 27 rooms. Nowadays half of their busy with families. Some rooms are repairing.

On weekends we will go to regions or hangout together in Baku. We will visit museums as possible. I also will organize weekend pub crawling in Baku.
