  Looking for one or more creative, focused, positive-happy, work away "guests" ( friends) to help me out with daily life, give my dog some attention and possibly participate in the many short and long term creative musical, image and film projects in the works. I started renovatiing and restoring my house 2020 but just a year later managed to fall down 5+ meters from the roof (which hurt) but i was lucky. Although i am now finally awaiting at least two surgeries which will fix things..But i will not be 100% for at least a year or two.. I have kept fixing small stuff and important things in several parts of the house which is cozy, safe, and has good energy... :)
  So.. If this sounds like something for you, let me know.. :)
  
  I am looking for someone that can assist me in the different everyday stuff in life..
  Preferably you are a woman between 25-40 years of age ( or close ) with a liking to up keeping
  a household with the normal small but important stuff. You LOVE animals and will meet the most
  wonderful dog and best friend " DingDong" whom looks like the scariest dog in the world but is
  a gentle soul by your side and all people with good intentions.
  If you have a drivers license a car is available..and..You Love Music and either play an instrument or want to learn how to. I will make it happen..

  Located in Gunnebo (Västervik ) by the Baltic Sea in Sweden this little piece of heaven is a wonderful mix of total exotic Swedish nature yet still so close to our modern society if and when needed.
  The community houses maybe 2000 people with a local store, buss communication to Västervik City only a 5 minute walk away. Located near the E22 highway there are direct transportation with long distance busses to all major places lika Stockholm, Norrköping, Linköping etc.
  The property with the house and garden was built in locally grown materials 100+ years ago and is still intact The house is large enough to fit my pro music studio as well as an editing office for visual projects within Adobe and Final Cut etc. There is 500 fiber and wi-fi inside and outside as well as training exercise equipment which i would like to create a special room for. There are two floors in use at the moment but there is a very cool unused attic as well as a basement.. Depending on preferences several private bedroom alternatives can be arranged. On the second floor there are two bathrooms in which one contains a shower and the other a laundry machine.. Plans incluse to install a downstairs WC 2026.. Outside there is free parking on the street as well as on the property. The neighborhood and area is very safe and neighbours are very friendly, helpful and nice..
  The house is located built on a inspirational property that is private but not isolated. Near the woods and a waterfront but also close to enough to walk to a store or transportation alternative without a car. And not too far from a "city" for shopping etc. Impossible i thought but after a couple of years i finally found "my place" outside the city of Västervik which is a house built in 1919 as part of a initiatve from Gunnebo Bruk that built 16 red classic Swedish houses between 1916-1923 for some of their employees with families. After spending many years in the US, Spain, UK working professionally as a song writer, guitar player and a media producer with a studio in Stockholm for 10+ years i decided to leave the lime light, noise, and all the distractions that are common 24/7 in large metropolitan cities around the world. Being a part of the media business my vision was to find my way back to where my creative dreams once began which i only can describe as quiet, safe and warm, close to nature and the elements but yet not too far away from other people or too distant from todays civilisation.. And after having lived in Brighton UK where every day started with a cup of warm te or coffee looking out over the English Channel while inhaling the gusts of fresh air- I decided to leave my old life and find my piece of heaven here in Sweden.. Thankfully i found my sanctuary in which I would like to welcome a new friend or two..

  As stated above concerning the main house projects. Assisting in any of the media productions for music, photography, film in house or on location in or around the local area of Västervik Kalmar as well as possible trips to Linköping Norrköping, Stockholm etc.. Bus fares can be booked to Verkebäck bridge which is only minutes away from house.
  
  
  Kilometers of woods that only the close residents can access but rarely do. This nature experience is just a minut away. Shoreline access to the water reaches as far as the eye can see and next to our little communitys Marina ( where i have one of my boats docked ready to freely explore Swedens finest and world renowned archipelagos featuring thousands of islands, clean water and a polution free journey without real estate disturbing every view as is the case in Stockholm. .A real and quiet neighborhood with my house also having a property that encapsels a yard with little or no visible neighbors houses. Living alone with my best friend "Ding Dong". A large, playful, calm and very social 68kg male Rottweiller that keeps everyone safe. Unnecccasary really as this little isolated suburb to Västervik rarely sees any crime going back many years. And having the chief of Police as my closest neighbor helps. More info will come!

  This is secondary-see above!
  Mostly minor projects inside of house or outside walls. Clearing an area for work, painting, yard design and normal hammer and nail things etc. Keeping things in order in the yard summertime, cutting lawn with mower, painting, and participating in short to one or two day projects. No continual tasks except possibly taking care of our dog if needed. There is some bigger projects that are planned but not scheduled yet and help or assistance with these could be helpful. Being positive, hard working and charing our belief in communication and GOOD ENERGY preffering having a good time and making the best out of life is a advantage.. Also if you are somewhat orgainzed with an eye for things is valued high.
  Design and interior experience or CREATIVE thinking with musical instrument knowledge-interest-talent is a merit. As well as an interest experiene or background in photography, film production or editing etc is good. We use Canon cameras and Apple computers running Adobe etc. Help might be needed with differnt upcoming photography assignments as well as producing ad films, music videos etc during 2024 .
  
  If interested and suitable there is a possibility to do some in front of camera work as a model, stand in etc.. Also assisting in make up, styling and clothes..
