    Description

    My name is Chuck and my wife is Nathalie. We are looking for people with various skill sets to help us set up an organic homestead in Olon, Ecuador. I have been organically producing foods and plant based medicines for most of my life both for personal and commercial. I worked construction when I was younger and have built a few homes from the ground up over the years. This will be the 4th property that I have started from raw land and built out. I have experience designing and building out all aspects of a farm, clearing land, building pens, raising and breeding animals, building greenhouses, fallling trees and making lumber, fencing, walls, digging wells, etc, etc…

    At this moment we have dogs, cats, chickens and a mule. We are planning on getting goats and a milk cow soon and some other animals… In the past we’ve had pigs, geese, goats, turkeys, horses, peacocks, rabbits, Guinea pigs, ducks, and more.

    l have been studying alchemy for many years and make alchemical products and preparations. At this time I am not set up yet to do those things but will be soon and can still share information with those who are interested.

    We are currently working on, or, about to begin building and planting a greenhouse(s), Developing a spring and running irrigation. Building garden beds, Cleaning, clearing, brushing, pruning and thinning trees, mending existing and installing new fencing, Making and maintaining hiking trails, planting seeds, transplanting, harvesting, Making organic fertilizers, building some bamboo cabanas and other structures, outdoor kitchen, sweatlodge/ temezcal and so on…. Our property is 165 acres/65 hectares. We have two creeks, a mineral spring fed swimming pool, an orchard of several hundred producing banana and plantain trees, a few avocado trees, coconut palms, mango trees, papaya and are planting many more.

    ===============
    I have made many types of tinctures and plant based products over the years. We are planning on growing and working with many types of medicinal plants here and one day plan to have a plant based wellness center.
