Description
Hi I am Jacqueline and I am a health/law professional aiming to provide a healing retreat in nature.
I have a cottage and 2 Unyoked cabins.
I love nature and animals and have travelled lots, and always had lots of travellers come and stay with me.
I am fortunate to have found this amazing 90 acre property in 2017 surrounded by by pristine forests and world heritage listed national parks. We face a jurassic plug which legend says is a rainbow serpent healing mountain. And because I love animals we are also a farmstay with 2 horses, a cow, 2 peacocks, 2 goats, 1 dog, 4 chickens and a cat. There is plenty of wildlife to find (echidnas, goannas, birds etc), incredible swimming holes and creeks and plenty of extraordinary views and incredible trees and stars.
We have been lovingly clearing this abandoned property to make beautiful spaces and would love your help. We are still renovating both the house and the cabin. We are also building fences, landscaping and creating food gardens. Helpers with building or rock work skills particularly welcome!!!
The mountains around us form a natural amphitheatre and we have a cricket pitch in the middle of our property with sensational views. Our dream is to create an outdoor symphony event one day.
Current projects: housekeeping and maintenance of gardens for cabins, fencing, rebuilding our orchard, creating kitchen gardens, caring for animals, painting, clearing bush, build a shed, animal care etc.
You will sleep in caravan right in front of the amazing mountian and we will share meals where we can. Best if you have a car though I can pick you up,closest town is Uki (30 mins), NImbin (35 mins) Murwillumbah (40mins) and Byron Bay (55mins) ..
We also have aliens, zombies and dinosaurs...
Message me, safe travels
