    Description

We are a quiet couple, Charles & Elizabeth, semi-retired on our 400 acre property west of McBride, BC. Charles is a wildlife biologist and Elizabeth a teacher/mediator. We are gardeners and grow hay for our four unemployed horses. Our home is on the Fraser River, running between the Rocky and Caribou Mountains. There is abundant wildlife: bears, deer, moose, wolves, coyotes, elk as well as songbirds, geese and cranes. There are opportunities for hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking. A rare ancient, inland cedar rainforest exists very close to our home.
