    Description

    We’re a working couple on a 52-acre property in Nar Nar Goon North, West Gippsland (about 1.5 hrs from Melbourne) with horses, dogs, and chooks (and loads of wonderful Australian wildlife). Close to the Bunyip State Park .

    We’re looking for travellers or volunteers to help with:
    • House spring cleaning
    • Gardening and property maintenance (mowing, weeding, planting, fence painting)
    • Animal care (feeding horses, dogs, chooks – if experienced)
    You can even learn some farming skills if you’re interested.

    What we offer:

    ✅ A warm, relaxed farmstay experience with animals and beautiful countryside

    Expectations: ~4–5 hours help per day, 5 days a week. Min stay 1–2 weeks. More than flexible with schedule if you want lots of clear days to relax and explore.

    Hello and welcome! We’re a working couple living on a 52-acre property in West Gippsland, Victoria (about 1.5 hours from Melbourne). Our home is shared with horses, dogs, and chooks, and we’re looking for Workawayers to join us as part of the family while helping with house spring cleaning, gardening, property maintenance, and animal care. We love meeting people from around the world, sharing meals and stories, and giving you a real taste of Australian country life.
    If licensed a vehicle may be available on occasion. Gorgeous Australian countryside with all the wildlife but only an hours train ride from Melbourne.

    Explore Gippsland and the State Park, great for hiking. Wildlife and theme park nearby. An hour from Phillip Island and an hour on the train to Melbourne. Horse riding possibly available for experienced riders. LBGT+ very welcome.
